4 Chicken breasts - cooked and salted to taste (boil in salted water)
Remove bones, cut in chunks and set aside (can use boneless/skinless chicken)
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or 1-2 fresh heads - cook until barely done
Mix together:
Line 8x13 (approx.) pan with broccoli
Fill center with chicken
Pour liquid mixture over entire pan
Sprinkle cheese over top, then bread crumbs
Bake at 350 for approx. 1/2 hr. or until it bubbles and is warmed through
Serve over riceSubstitute the Chicken Breasts with ~7 Portabela Mushroom Caps
Chop into 1 inch squares and lightly browned in butter until the mushrooms just begin to turn "soft."
Substitute the two cans of Cream of Chicken soup with two cans of Cream of Mushroom soup
