1 1/2 Tbs Amaretto liqueur (alternative: 1/2 Tsp vanilla)
1/2 Tsp salt
1 cup milk
4 eggs
Place mixture into 5x8 (or ~two slices of bread wide) pan. Dip 6-8 slices of bread. Dip the bread on both sides in the mixture, and brown on a hot, buttered griddle.
Note: I've found that "Oatnut" bread's bits of nuts mesh very well with the Amaretto flavor.
