Ben's Spinach Lasagna


1/3 box (1/3 lb.) lasagna noodles
1/4 cup shredded parmesean 1 lb. shredded mozzarella
2 cups ricotta
Spaghetti sauce, adding mushrooms, meat, etc.


Cook Spinach 5-6 minutes after melting, take out all H20
Basil, oregano, garlic
Cook around 1 hour covered with foil (until dry)
  1. sauce
  2. noodles
  3. ricotta, sprinkle mosserella on top
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
