DIRECTIONS:
boil lasagna for 9 minutes and drain
combine ricotta, eggs, spinach, wheat germ, nutmeg, salt, & pepper
using 9x13 inch pan layer in the following order
- thin layer of tomato sauce
- 4 noodles
- 1/2 the ricotta mixture
- 1/3 of the sauce
- 1/2 the mozzarella
- 4 noodles
- the rest of the ricotta mixture
- 1/3 of the sauce
- the rest of the mozzarella
- the last 4 noodles
- the last of the sauce
- sprinkle the parmesean over the top
Cover with foil
Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
