Kellog brand bread stuffing cubes (best tasting seasoning on bread)

Per Box add:

Brown onions in butter until about to turn translucent, then add celery book until they begin to soften, the add mushrooms and shortly later the apples.

Mix into dry bread cubes, then add mushroom juice/water

When transfering to inside of bird, use an intermediate pot to avoid contaminating left over stuffing with raw turkey juice.

Check for dressing temperature of 165 °F (if inside of a bird) for safety

They say 1 bag stuffing per 7 pounds of bird, but make more if you want some extra
