Tacos
Fry 1 lb. ground beef
Add:
2 - 4 tablespoons La Victoria Green Taco Sauce
2 tablespoons water
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Lawry's Seasoned Pepper
Simmer until water is mostly dried up Bake Old El Paso Super-Size Taco Shells in a dry frying pan
or cookie sheet in oven until glistening, 4 - 5 minutes Into each taco goes:
layer of ground beef
shredded cheddar cheese
chopped lettuce
diced tomatoes
Diane's taco sauce (see below)
Diane's taco sauce (do to own personal taste):
about 3 oz. La Victoria Red Taco Sauce
45 oz. tomato juice
heaping tablespoon dehydrated onions
heaping tablespoon finely-crushed oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Chill in refrigerator at least one hour
