Tostadas
Fry 1 lb. ground beef
Add:
- 2 - 4 tablespoons La Victoria Green Taco Sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- Laury's Seasoned Salt
- Laury's Seasoned Pepper
Simmer until water is mostly dried up
Heat 24 oz. Old El Paso Refried Beans in bowl in microwave
(stir once during heating)
Bake Old El Paso Tostada Shells in a dry frying pan in oven
until glistening
Onto each tostada shell goes:
- layer of refried beans
- layer of ground beef
- shredded cheddar cheese
- chopped lettuce
- thin red radish slices
- Diane's taco sauce (see below)
Diane's taco sauce (do to own personal taste):
- about 3 oz. La Victoria Red Taco Sauce
- about 45 oz. tomato juice
- heaping tablespoon dehydrated onions
- heaping tablespoon finely-crushed oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour
